Questions from contractors

Do I sign a contract?

No. You prepay credit and spend it on the leads you choose. Unused credit stays in your wallet.

What do I see before I buy?

The job, area and distance, timeline, home details and the estimate the homeowner saw. The name and phone number unlock after you buy.

How is shared different from exclusive?

Exclusive means you’re the only pro who gets that homeowner. Shared is cheaper and goes to up to 3 or 4 pros, set by your lead provider. Once anyone buys shared, exclusive is no longer offered.

What if a lead is bad?

Report it within 72 hours: wrong number, duplicate, outside your area or not a real project. Valid reports are credited back to your wallet.

How does auto top-up work?

Pick a threshold and an amount, for example add $500 when you drop under $100. You can turn it off any time.

Why report outcomes?

Booked and won jobs tell your provider which leads work for you, so you’re matched with more of them. The final price also keeps homeowner estimates honest.
